Santa Fe is showing consistent sales and consistent demand in 2016. We are on par with 2015 numbers and this summer will tell largely whether Santa Fe will see appreciation with how quickly the inventory moves and how many homes list. Average days on the market is showing motivation, despite the TILA/TRID requirements. It is a great time to buy or sell!
